Dean Kimber began working in Royal Rangers in 1977 as a children's pastor at Stone Church, Yakima, WA. Dean served on Yakima Section staff during the next 4 years, then 1981 moved to Issaquah where he pastored Issaquah Assembly of God as well as worked with the Greater Seattle Section Royal Rangers. Dean has served on both Section and NW District staff for over 20 years filling a number of positions at various times. During the past few years, his major responsiblity has been in developing pageant themes at the annual summer Ranger Camp.
