If you have not emailed me or verbally told me that you are going on THE TREK by June 7, 2010, then you will not be allowed to go.

I have put together a list of some foods you may want to bring, along with stories, devotions, games like cards or checkers and instruments.

Foods:  Dried Beans, Lentils, Chocolate Cone, Honey, Flour, Dried Fruits, Hardtack, Dried Meat/Jerkey, Dried Corn/Vegs, Cinnamon, Salt, Pepper, Coffee, Sugar, Bread, Oatmeal and lots of Water.

Menu Items:  Noodles and Meat, Pancakes with Syrup, French Toast, Stew, Biscuits, Cobbler, Cornbread, Soup, Hot Chocolate and Oatmeal.

Come on Wilderness and Buckskin guys, let me know if you are going on THE TREK.
